The HD 3385 variety of wheat has been prepared by Indian agricultural research institute, Pusa, Delhi, which prepares for harvesting within 123-147 days. HD 3385 has an average production of 62.1 quintal per hectare and its maximum production is upto 73.4 quintal per hectare. HD 3385 is resistant to Many diseases. This variety is resistant to striped rust, leaf rust, karnal bunt, blight diseases of powdery mildew wheat and flag smut disease. Along with this, this variety of wheat is suitable for plains of North-west and North-east.


HI 1634 (Pusa Ahilya) variety of wheat and HI 1634 (Pusa Ahilya)

This variety of wheat HI 1634 (Pusa Ahilya) has been prepared at the Indian agricultural research institute, Indore. Farmers of middle Gujarat, Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan(Kota and udaipur region) and Uttar Pradesh(Jhansi region) can cultivate this crop with ease. M.P.O. 1215

This variety of wheat gets ripe in the field in a time interval of 156 days. Its average yield is about 81.2 quintals per hectare to the farmers. This Shriram 303 wheat variety is a yellow, brown, and black rust-resistant variety.


GW 332 Variety


This variety of wheat ripens only under 3-4 irrigations. Indian farmers can get a yield of about 60-65 quintals from GW 322 varieties of wheat. The entire crop of this variety gets fully ripe in about 115-125 days.

Pusa Tejas 8759 Varitey

Shri Ram Super 111 Wheat

It has great immunity for important diseases like leaf scorching and unhealthy conditions. Flowers start coming in Karan Vandana after 77 days of sowing. Also, after 120 days the crop is cooked and ready.

For your information,  its production is about 75 quintals per hectare and average production is about 63.1 quintals. Generally, the amount of protein in wheat is 10 to 12 percent and the amount of iron is 30 to 40 percent. However, more than 12 percent protein and more than 42 percent iron quantity have been found in this variety.


This variety has the ability to fight various diseases

Normally, a disease called 'blast' is seen more in paddy. A few years ago the disease was seen in a wheat crop in Bangladesh. Since then, keeping this challenge temporary, this variety of wheat has been mainly prepared according to the circumstances of the Northeast. Research work started to prepare it, as a result of which 'Karan Vandana' was prepared. These current varieties produce more production than HD-2733, K-1006, DBW-39, HD-2967 and K-0307, which are mostly sown.

This variety of wheat is getting 50 percent grant. Its price in the market is Rs 42 per kg. If you buy it from the block on a grant basis, it costs Rs 22 per kg. The price of a bag is Rs 880. About 50 percent grant is being received on this. Also, it is said that the first platoon of this wheat should be done after 22 days of sowing. This wheat is cooked and ready in 120 days time.
